A Relaxing Weekend

We actually had a pretty laid back weekend. Cass spent most of the weekend with a friend so she is not in any of the pictures. I even got a little Christmas shopping finished. Friday night Dylan had another basketball game and he was the captain for the first time and he also got his first foul. His team lost 16-3.

Have you ever thought about letting a 9 year old decorate the front yard for Christmas??? Well, we gave Dylan the lights and told him to go for it. After he was finished we all went outside to admire his work. He was so proud of himself so it was worth watching him stand there outside with his hands on his waist saying "It looks pretty good and I worked really hard."

Last night we watched a movie and had a nice warm fire going in the fireplace. Now I think I am going to go wrap some presents. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
