We checked into the hotel and then went out for dinner. We decided to eat at Toby Keith's I love this Bar and Grill and I had the best garlic potatoes that I have ever had.
We were stuffed but when we got back to the hotel we decided we needed something sweet. "Three lava cakes with Tahitian vanilla ice cream to go please." We took our dessert and ate it in our room.
They were delicious and we were officially stuffed!!!!
Friday morning, we woke up at 6:34am (thanks to sister). After awhile we got out of bed and went to Starbucks. Then off we went to "The Affair of the Heart". It was a HUGE and I mean HUGE craft show. They had seven buildings full of crafts and others goodies and I think we only made it to four. We did have to stand in line for 20 minutes to get in but it was worth it. Mom and sister told me that there would be lots of places to buy gourmet coffee but guess what I did not find any!!!!!!! After a full day of walking we picked up Keeley at daycare and picked up Grandpa at home and went to the casino for crab legs. I LOVE crab legs.
On Saturday, Mom, sister,Keeley and I went shopping after a stop at Starbucks. We were out all day!
After our full day of shopping, Keeley fell asleep with her little frog stuck to her lip.
Before we went home we stopped at Classic 50's. They had around 50 different flavors of slushes. I had a pina colada slush and it was so good. Mom and sister also ordered pickle-o's (fried pickles). I had never had them and they were actually good.
I was sitting next to Keeley in the car and all of a sudden she grabbed my hand and did not say a word. I loved it!!
Today, we made one more trip to Starbucks and Target to finish out our fun girls weekend! I had a wonderful time and I can not believe the weekend is over. Thanks sister and mom for a great and memorable weekend. Where are we going next year?????
