New York City...Day Two

It pretty much rained or snowed all day but it did not stop the Arnott Family! The alarm went off at 6:30am so we could get to the Today Show.  Cass and I loved watching the show through the window and we didn't even care that we were getting wet.

I promise that they were filming but with the rain this picture did not turn out.

You can see the back of Al Roker, Natalie Morales, Matt Lauer, and Savannah Guthrie.

Then they went back inside and it cleared out.

We LOVED being at the Today Show.  You could even see us on TV (barely) but we knew we were there.

Then off to Grand Central Station and it was so huge.

Staying dry in Grand Central Station

This is called the whispering corner at Grand Central Station.  You can talk to someone who is standing in the other corner.

You look silly doing it but it was really cool.

Cass had to go into the store DASH. It was founded by the Kardashian sisters. We did NOT buy anything.

We were all starving so we ate lunch at Katz's Delicatessen.

A memorable scene from the movie "When Harry Met Sally" was filmed here.

Delicious sandwiches!!!

Then we went to Trump Tower and of course it was beautiful inside.

We did NOT buy anything at the Trump store either.

Dylan enjoyed the Big Piano.

We went back to the hotel to dry off and order some pizza.

Then back out in the rain to watch the Macy's inflation celebration.  This is where they inflate all of the Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons.

It was a busy, wet and fun day!
