For breakfast I made homemade pancakes (a version of Alton Brown's pancake recipe) and homemade peanut butter maple syrup. YUMMY!
Then off to the movies. We saw "Night at the Museum" and I have enjoyed all three of them.

I just finished making 15 minute skillet lasagna (mine took 20) and now I am ready to enjoy the last weekend of winter break. BOOO!!!
